Advanced MIDI Gate

can be used to easily mute an audio/VSTi track via MIDI.
It can be used to create the stuttering effects commonly found in trance and psy-trance.AMG is different to other midi gates because:
The envelope can control a filter instead of a VCA.
The envelope is tighter than most other MIDI gates.
Noise can be added to the signal to make the sound more aggressive.
Either the left or right channel can be delayed slightly to fatten the sound.
When you stop your sequencer, the plugin disables itself so that you can edit the gated track without having to switch the plugin off.
There is an autopan section that can throw the signal to alternate speakers each time the gate is triggered.
The autopan, filter and noise sections all have BPM synced LFOs for more sonic possibilities.

Harmonisator is a plugin that harmonizes an audio stream according to MIDI notes.
You feed audio into the plugin, hold down a chord on your keyboard and the audio data is duplicated and pitched according to the chord. It is definitely not a high-class harmonizing algorithm, but useful for creating choirs quickly or for manipulating drum loops in strange ways.

Or, in other words, how to induce a certain pleasant randomness and syncopation, yet forcing everything to align again on the bar or beat boundaries.

• The main use for hypercyclic is to generate midi that can be recorded and/or sent to other plugins. However it also features a simple built-in synth for testing purposes
• You can use two tempo-synced LFOs to modulate various parameters for creating interesting rhythmic effects and chord variations.
• A unique feature is the possiblity to modulate the sequencer step size itself, which is useful for creating glitchy stuttering effects.
• Another thing you can use is a groove function for playing slightly off the beat. The groove parameters can also be modulated over time by the LFOs, adding to the rhythmic variation.
