Inflator has an uncluttered interface, with a handful of controls present on the interface.

The interface is easy to read, with a pair of meters denoting the input and output gain.

*Resizing Tip: When you duplicate plug-in, it will remember current state of GUI size. But if you load new instance, it will be opened at default size. To get rid of this issue, simply follow these steps;

1. Open plug-in for the first time

2. Resize GUI according to your screen resolution or you liking before setting any knobs

3. Save this state as default preset with your DAW

Now, you will be able to load new instances with same size.

(If you want to go default size, simply double click to resize handle.)

Substrate is a bass enhancer.

This effect device to give your bass sounds the right “boost”. It will generate additional harmonics to the sound in the low end frequency range (sub-harmonics) based on a pre-set fundamental frequency from which it will generate the harmonics. These harmonics can be added and amplified by a “boost level” which results in a bass sound with more power in the low end range.

The second advantage is, if the frequency is set exactly to the fundamental frequency of a sound, the generated harmonics will produce a “psycho-acoustic effect” that gives your brain the feelings to perceive the sub frequency range of a bass sound on weak systems that can’t reproduce such low frequencies (like weak laptop speakers or mobile devices), even if these low frequencies are not really audible.

• Frequency control to set the fundamental frequency in Hz from which the harmonics will be generated. This is a special designed filter to only leave the set fundamental frequency of the processed sound. All other frequencies above and below the set frequency will be cut out.
• Boost control to generate addidional harmonics based on the set fundamental frequency. The higher the amount of this control, the more harmonics will be generated and amplified.
• Invert Phase control. In some cases the processed signal can cause phasing issues or phase cancellations when it will be mixed back to the original signal. Inverting the phase of the processed signal can prevent such phasing issues. And in some other cases inverting the phase also can result in an even fatter low end.
• Boost Mix control to set the level of the processed signal to mix it to the unprocessed dry signal.
• Dry Mix control to set the level of the unprocessed dry signal.
• Mute Boost control to mute the processed signal.
• Mute Dry control to mute the dry signal.
• Main Volume control for setting the main output volume level.

You will get low bump directly when you load plugin. Then, you can select your frequency and boost according to your need.
Recommending 140, 160, 180 settings to fatten up snares! Low settings are best for kicks, basses, low-end synths and final mixes.

HarmonicReverb is a dynamic reverb that enhances the harmonic content of the signal.
The goal was not to emulate authentic room Reverb, but to create dynamic and unique sounds.
Depth knob controls the harmonics from slight enhancement to almost “organ-like” sounds.
Designed for Guitar and Bass, but maybe it’s useful for other instruments / mixing / mastering too.
Useful to pronounce tone harmonics on (distored) Guitar/Bass tracks.
Supported sample rates: 44.1, 48, 88.2, 96 and 192 kHz.
Limitations:
Mac versions are not tested properly, I hope it works fine. Feedback if it works and cpu-performance would be interesting for me. Since it’s the first plugin I release, I’m happy about any kind of feedback, questions or suggestions.

Vastaus is a harmonic enhancer.

Vastaus lives on instrument channels, buses and it is known to have been spotted on the master channel too. Feel free to use and abuse it. Try to add an EQ before Vastaus and push the highs way overboard and how Vastaus reacts.

It is at it’s most neutral at Input Gain and Tame at 0, at which time it brings down and blocks overly harsh high frequencies present in vocal esses, smooths cymbals, guitars and pretty much anything you throw at it.

Increasing Tame brings enhances that effect, but also brings in more options with the React switch, as well as with the Bias setting. React is a mode, where Tame starts to let through some transients in a really interesting way, bringing out more detail and clarity, but still smoothing the sound. With Bias, you can further control the sound by limiting the effect to either the positive or negative side of the audio samples, generating harmonics in the process. I have heard this referred to as silky, and apparently some well-known hardware unit makers use a process similar to this.

Lastly there is Gain. With the Input Gain, you control the overall signal boost you get going into the thing, while the Output Gain works as a pad, with 100% level adding no additional volume. Boosting the input gain can bring additional high end to the signal after taming it, which is especially useful with instruments such as the electric guitar. In conjunction with the use of the Bias knob, Vastaus can even act as a leveling tool, which also boosts and extends the high end frequencies far above where they ended in the original signal.

Use the Wet knob to blend the changed signal with the original in whatever way you want.
