TagoClip
10 MB
Fruity Soft Clipper clone. Soft clipper for 808s and drums. The FL soft clip sound in every DAW: the exact curve, measured and cloned, plus optional oversampling against its aliasing.
What it does
The exact FL curve
The Fruity Soft Clipper transfer curve, identified by measurement down to float noise. FL mode is a 1:1 clone, plus hard and tanh curves on top.
Oversampling
The original aliases. TagoClip ships with 4x and 8x oversampling to clean that up, or leave it off for the honest 1:1 sound.
Delta listening
One button plays only what gets clipped away, so you hear exactly what you are trading for loudness.
Mono low end
Sum everything below a chosen frequency to mono and keep the 808 centered, right inside the clipper.
